The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Europe North Area Office. Act as first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and the workforce entering the Glory Park offices. Requires entry level professional knowledge, ability to work under direct supervision, with a working knowledge of office procedures, functions, and ability to handle basic issues and problems. This role reports to an Area Manager and partners frequently with the workforce, visitors, and friends of the Church.
Accountable to deliver the following essential activities within the Europe North Area:
Strong commitment to the mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-days Saints
A-level or equivalent education with some post A-level related qualification, and office work experience supporting customer service and/or administration
Knowledge of office procedures, customer service practices, and Microsoft Office programs
Enthusiastic demeanor with a service-oriented and proactive mindset and attitude
Key skills and core competencies include the ability to:
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for extended periods of time, using computer monitors/equipment, and frequently open office doors and greet visitors.
