Job SummaryReporting to the HR Systems and Workforce Analytics Manager, the role supports the smooth and efficient functioning of the office including managing the AVPHR’s schedule, coordinating communications, and providing reception services. The role acts as a point of contact between the AVPHR and other university leaders, students, external stakeholders, and partners. Building and maintaining positive relationships is crucial.
Job RequirementsThis position requires a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to at least 3 years of office experience working within a complex organization and with senior leader(s).
