DescriptionAppleOne is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Hamilton, ON
Salary range- 45-50K/year
Full Time- 9:00 am to 5:00 pmKey Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation
- Provide front-desk support: answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining a professional reception area
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including document scanning, filing, data entry, and records management
- Coordinate with internal team members to support client service and office operations
- Monitor and replenish office supplies; maintain cleanliness and readiness of shared spaces such as meeting rooms
- Assist with payroll processing and collaborate with other departments as required
- Prepare, format, and distribute client communications, ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Comfortable interacting with clients and business owners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with accounting software is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a growing team
