If you’re known for taking initiative, your analytical skills, and attention to detail, you’re the person we’re looking for!Your duties will include :
- Receive and process customer account applications, interpret credit reports, assess credit limits and create customer accounts;
- Enter customer modification and inactivation requests into the system;
- Document customer files;
- Communicate with analysts;
- Perform all other related credit and collection tasks.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Equifax and Dun & Bradstreet databases (asset);
- Experience in credit investigation, accounts receivable or collections (asset);
- Bilingualism in French and English, oral and written as you will need to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada.
