  • General administration duties in relation to the management of the commercial fleet
  • The generation of daily paperwork including, service and MOT sheets
  • Updating company trackers with services and MOTs completed
  • Tracking and Tracing company assets for services/MOTs
  • Assisting in the planning further Services and MOTs
  • Weekly/Monthly file checks for accuracy and audit compliance
  • Ensuring that all assets follow the correct VOR process
  • Inputting data onto the company vehicle applications
  • Assisting with emails and answering customer queries
  • The onboarding and off-hiring of assets
  • Assisting the Transport Department and peers within the day to day running, of the department
  • Ensuring that all filing has been completed at the end of the shift
  • The validation of vehicle compliance folders
  • Reviewing the standard and cost of minor repairs
  • Any other reasonable duties that are required for the department

To be successful in this role you will require the following…

  • IT literacy with experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experiences in a similar role would be beneficial
  • Experience of supporting in the managing a large commercial vehicle fleet would be an advantage
  • Be able to influence internal and external 3rd parties
  • Ability to communicate with all colleagues and peers
  • Demonstrate continuous learning, plus ability to learn
  • Experience of working in a multi -site agile role and in a traffic office operational capacity
