As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the accounting function, developing and implementing accounting policies, and preparing critical financial reports. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and mentor a talented team, ensuring that accounting operations run smoothly and that financial reporting is accurate and timely. • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, quarterly updates, and annual reports.
• Lead and manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee the accounting budget to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters.
• Stay informed on the latest changes to accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

What You’ll Bring

• CPA designation (or equivalent) required, or actively working toward completion with most requirements already fulfilled.
• 3-6 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
