Account Services Coordinator Job Duties:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting seamless operations of company products, services, and technologies through responsive and effective service.
- Process and manage sales orders accurately in both company and customer systems, ensuring data integrity in ERP and tracking systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders by addressing inquiries, providing proactive support, and resolving issues collaboratively.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, recommending and implementing efficiency-boosting process enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to prepare orders for invoicing, demonstrating professionalism through punctuality, teamwork, and dedication to customer needs.
Schedule:
- 8 AM – 5 PM (Flexible)
- Monday-Friday
Pay:
- $21.25 – $25.00/hour
Account Services Coordinator Requirements:
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
