Account Services Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting seamless operations of company products, services, and technologies through responsive and effective service.
  • Process and manage sales orders accurately in both company and customer systems, ensuring data integrity in ERP and tracking systems.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders by addressing inquiries, providing proactive support, and resolving issues collaboratively.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, recommending and implementing efficiency-boosting process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to prepare orders for invoicing, demonstrating professionalism through punctuality, teamwork, and dedication to customer needs.

Schedule:

  • 8 AM – 5 PM (Flexible)
  • Monday-Friday

Pay:

  • $21.25 – $25.00/hour

Account Services Coordinator Requirements:

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
