You will use your experiences to provide the back-bone of support for the individual team, whilst taking ownership of your accounts, data tasks, speaking to our existing customers, and ensuring they have engaged with the platform.This role sits within an exciting, energetic and hardworking team. Initially, you will be learning more about the product (front and back-end) and platforms we use internally, e.g. using industry-leading CRM and customer tools such as Salesforce. You will be provided with training in order to be successful at your job – just arrive with an appetite to learn!You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Offering a premium experience for our clients in the DACH region by gaining a thorough understanding of their business goals and ensuring that Doctify meets them.
  • Building relationships with your portfolio of clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our software and increased revenues.
  • Conducting client meetings over the phone, virtually and in person.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs across our client base and internally.
  • Conveying the best practice examples that drive ROI and increased engagement.
  • Developing strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accounts.

About You

  • A proficient German speaker with business-proficient English language skills.
  • You will have 1+ years’ of experience within a commercial environment.
  • You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude and always strive to find the best solution for the client.
  • You have a commercial-focused mindset, whilst keeping the customer at the core of everything you do.
  • You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring.
  • You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of phone, virtual and in-person engagement.
