Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to drive customer renewals and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. You will drive customer engagement and adoption throughout the customer lifecycle, prioritizing activities and outreach based on account health and operational data. Working closely with Sales and Customer Support you’ll use your product expertise and consultative skills to provide a superior customer experience.If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.Requirements
- Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Enterprise Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or relevant client facing role
- Experience as a Recruiter (either an
or a ) a plus. * Have a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, key recruitment objectives, and human resources management systems within enterprise-level businesses is a plus.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Consultative approach when working with customers/clients and ability to focus on the long term partnership goal
- Experience working with enterprise level customers with complex and lengthy internal processes
- Track record of building strategic relationships within key accounts to expand reach and develop new business
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and G-Suite (particularly Google Sheets)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- This is a London based role
Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated contact for assigned customers, answering questions, handling objections, providing best practice guidance while maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
- Work closely with a portfolio of enterprise level customers, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts, drive customer retention and upgrades/upsells/cross-selling in HR, and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Nurture customers in high growth segments in order to capitalize on account expansion and upsell opportunities
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, working closely with our Solutions Consultants, Engineers and Product team.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of customer recruitment goals, foresee any potential issues/ product limitations and provide alternative solutions through a consultative approach.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Identify areas of improvement in terms of recruitment KPIs for customers and work closely with them to improve best practice e.g. reducing time to hire.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with customers and track improvement across key metrics/initiatives.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Work with our internal sales team and onboarding team to ensure alignment on customer goals.
