About the role:
At HiBob, the Account Manager role is at the heart of our mission to empower businesses. This position is all about fostering strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that expand the impact of our innovative HR products. With a focus on upselling and cross-selling within our existing client base, you’ll showcase the value of HiBob’s suite of tools while aligning solutions to meet client goals. From crafting compelling presentations to collaborating with internal teams, every day is an opportunity to drive meaningful growth and client success.Experience in SaaS Sales /Account ManagementExperience of owning EU book of business with targets on new ARR with main KPIs expansions: Upsells & cross-sellsExperience working in B2B (client-facing) roleExperience of accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targetsA desire to work in a fast-paced startup environmentExecutive project management skills and able to communicate effectively across C-suiteExperience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologiesExperience with Intercom, Slack, Quicksight, Zendesk, Airtable – advantageExperience selling HR technology is preferredHave had experience in demoing platforms with clients is preferredBuild and execute an account-specific relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls, quarterly business reviews, account documentation, reference management and account planning sessionsManage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on up-sell conversationsWork closely with our customers with the drive to help them change their workplace and achieve their business goalsBecome a trusted advisor and ambassador of change in our customers’ workplace.Become the customer advocate in HiBob, collaborating with our Product, Development, Marketing and Sales teamsIdentify opportunities and risks.Assess client health and develop strategies to mitigate churnMeet new ARR KPIs through data-driven analysis, planning and executionEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, strategic account planning and promote internal advocacy.HiBob is a village filled with amazing people and we’re especially proud of that.
