About the RoleWe’re partnering with a confidential SaaS company to hire an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with global agencies. This role is responsible for building and expanding high-value, long-term relationships and managing complex, multi-year subscription SaaS deals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in agency sales and thrives in a partnership-centric environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at global agenciesDevelop and execute strategic partnership plans to achieve revenue targetsFoster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with agency partnersManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure for deals averaging $100,000Conduct in-depth needs assessments and develop tailored SaaS solutions for agency clientsDeliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to agency executivesLead complex negotiations of commercial terms and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract complianceDemonstrate strong business acumen and negotiation skills to secure favorable deal termsManage and grow a portfolio of global agency accountsProvide ongoing support and strategic guidance to agency partnersIdentify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesTravel approximately 25% of the time to meet with agency partners and attend industry eventsMaintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on activity and performanceAnalyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunitiesWhat You BringMinimum 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably with agency sales experience.Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing high-value dealsExtensive experience negotiating complex commercial terms and MSAsDemonstrated success in building and managing strategic agency relationshipsExceptional negotiation and communication skillsStrong understanding of the agency landscape and partnership modelsAbility to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executivesExcellent presentation and product demonstration skillsProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)Ability to work independently and as part of a global teamResults-oriented and driven to succeedStrategic thinker with strong business acumenHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)About HighlightTAThis opportunity is presented by HighlightTA, your on-demand talent team.
