You’ll be responsible for new business, onboarding, renewals and building strong customer relations.You’ll sell Screenloop’s products to Talent leaders & People leaders who are looking to improve the way they recruit. You’ll have access to a strong pipeline of leads while also playing a key role in developing and managing outbound sales strategies.This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing startup. You’ll work directly with a founder, collaborate with the wider team, and have the opportunity to influence the entire client organisation.🐝 What you will be doing

  • You’ll be responsible for new business, onboarding, renewals and building strong customer relations.
  • Work with inbound leads while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and renewals.
  • Onboard your clients and ensure they reach value as fast as possible
  • Ensure points of contact are trained and feel enabled on how to use Screenloop
  • Help shape and improve our sales processes as we scale
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and eng teams to optimise sales strategies
  • Become a thought leader in the TA/ Rec space to build brand awareness

đŸ‘€ About You

  • 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive in the B2B SaaS space, or equivalent experience as an agency or in-house recruiter
  • Proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline, as well as experience managing customer/candidates
  • Strong ability to build relationships and articulate value propositions to HR and talent teams
  • Proactive – you’re comfortable with outbound prospecting and self-generating leads
  • Comfortable in an ever-changing startup environment, with the ability to adapt and contribute beyond your core role
