We’re looking for an Account Director to join our dynamic and growing NA Partner Relations Team. You will play a critical role in fostering relationships with institutional partners and contributing to our mission of transforming the way students around the world access education.What you will be doing:Strategic Recruitment Planning: Create and execute strategies to meet B2B-sourced international student recruitment goals, focusing on improving conversion rates and increasing program capacities.Collaborate with Sales, Admissions and Marketing: Drive enrolments for your region & work closely with internal teams to achieve enrolment targets for our partner institutions.Build and Strengthen Partnerships: Develop and maintain growth-oriented relationships with key decision-makers at partner institutions, acting as their trusted point-of-contact.Drive New Exclusive Partnerships: Prospect, network, and present to institutional partners for enhanced partnerships options, identifying new opportunities for collaboration.Meet or exceed ambitious growth objectives through partner acquisitionDrive New Partnerships: Prospect, network, and present to potential institutional partners, identifying new opportunities for collaboration.Collaborate with PR Team, Sales, Admission and Marketing: Own & drive high demand partnership for your region & work closely with internal teams to forecast enrollment targets for new partner institutions.Promote Technology Solutions: Develop and implement strategies to showcase our platform’s value to stakeholders, increasing awareness and engagement.Negotiate Partnerships: Lead discussions and negotiations to finalize partnership agreements with institutions.Manage Partner Inquiries: Serve as a central point of contact for all partner-related queries, addressing concerns and resolving escalations effectively.Represent ApplyBoard: Present at high-impact national and international conferences to highlight our solutions and grow our partner base.Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal teams and partners to introduce new initiatives and improve processes.What you bring to the table:
