An Account Director is assigned their own specific enterprise customer segment and responsible for managing new business sales opportunities from qualification to close. You will work closely with an assigned and experienced BDR who is responsible for lead generation and booking discovery meetings, ensuring there is a healthy pipeline for you to succeed and hit your targets.***Please note there will be regular travel to customer sites and once a month internal meetings in Southampton or London (all expensed).Responsibilities π€
- Managing new business sales opportunities from Qualification through to Close β positioning the value of our product with stakeholders through discovery, demos, email and phone
- Owning and nurturing customer relationships to increase chance of deal conversion
- Become an expert in assessing the use case of the prospect and customizing your presentation based on the prospects company size, industry and desired customer support experience
- Develop your knowledge of the Reward & Benefits industry and marketplace through a combination of comprehensive on-boarding, on-going training and self-learning
- Responsible for hitting sales metrics of success as well as providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance
- Researching Companies and individuals using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Working closely with the BDR and BDR manager to identify and engage with Accounts and Contacts within our Ideal Customer Profile, actively involved in pipeline generation
- Uncover the challenges facing Reward & Benefit stakeholders within prospective customers and articulate how Benifex will support in solving those challenges and help provide an exceptional employee experience
What are we looking for? πExperience required:
- Proven experience in a closing role
- Proven experience in global enterprise B2B SaaS sales
- Proven sales experience using MEDDICC/MEDPICC
- Proven experience in value based selling
- Ideally experience in the employee benefits sector, otherwise experience selling to HR, Benefits or Rewards leaders
