We offer our clients the soul of a boutique combined with the scale of a powerhouse.We’re hiring for an Account Director to join our team in London.Purpose of the RoleAs account Director you’ll be part of a Global Account Team working closely with local Marketing teams as well as International & Global leads to ensure our digital advertising programs are successfully planned, executed, and analysed.You will partner with your peers to oversee all paid digital media campaigns internationally. This role is covering one of the biggest brands in the world, designed for someone who is a highly creative, adaptive, and a savvy mobile performance marketer. You’ll work as an extension of the client team – developing strong working relationship with the client to pre-empt questions before they come up, always solutions orientated and thinking about how to grow client’s business.Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex data to drive digital performance by managing and/or influencing activation, planning and client teams globally across multiple time zones.
- Responsible for the delivery of the international results across campaigns. The team is very data-driven, changes constantly, and vigorously adapts.
- Respond to client requirements in a timely and accurate manner, working seamlessly with internal stakeholders and colleagues across the network.
- Ensure flawless execution of new campaign launches from the initial media planning phase to trafficking along with the campaign wrap up reports.
- Work with our Data/Tech team to ensure flawless reports go out with actionable insights.
- Ensure financial accuracy in terms of client billings and budget management.
Qualifications + Skills
- Experience in digital media within a global organisation, with performance and awareness campaign experience.
- Buying for iOS apps with a focus on mobile gaming or music/tv streaming a bonus.
- Experience developing media strategies across display, video, social, and SEM. Additional comms planning skillset a plus.
- Well-versed in digital campaign planning processes and experience managing large budgets across multiple markets.
- Excellent client servicing skills, skilled at translating information between clients and media team with a clear and effective communication style and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritise, adapt to change and multitask within a dynamic environment.
