Future Walk, S49 1PFRoyal Mail is looking to add an Accident Repair Advisor to our team. Working in the Fleet department, you will be responsible for communicating between Support Accident engineers in order to maintain the smooth running of Royal Mail Vehicles.About the RoleYou will support RMG and its customers with 3rd party damage claims to reduce risk and costs to RMG. You’ll manage VOR reports and M5 data entry for our customers and offer accident-related queries to internal fleet and wider RMG teams when required.You’ll maintain our customer databases and create work orders, whilst managing a day-to-day email inbox in which you’ll answer varied queries. From here you’ll be able to support accident engineers when required and regularly chase suppliers for repair and supply updates.About YouTo be a success in this role you will need to have experience in accident repairs environments such as a Claims Handler or similar. Experience of the Accident repair process is also desirable. You should also be able to demonstrate:
