Join us and find your future.WHAT TO EXPECTThe Accessories team deals with the delivery of all engineering responsibilities, technical & commercial, to ensure programme delivery on time, to cost & quality targets for all JLR accessories. The team is the outward-looking face of the engineering function and is the first single point of contact for all external stakeholders to deliver Modern Luxury accessories.As the leader of the team you will be overseeing the design, development, and implementation of structural accessories (Winch system, towing system, deployable side steps) across all programmes on all vehicle lines and platforms. This role involves a mix of technical leadership, project management, and team development to support members in their delivery responsibilities. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and clearing the path for the team to deliver.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
