This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background, leadership experience, and a drive for excellence in quality and safety.🔧 What You’ll Do:Lead, coach, and mentor a team of converting technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Assign daily staffing, approve overtime, and ensure time and attendance are accurately recorded.Execute production orders to meet quality and quantity targets.Monitor and support equipment setup and confirm output against drawings and work instructions.Train technicians in core manufacturing operations including:Hydraulic PressCNC MachinesSonic WeldingPrintingManual assembly using hand toolsCommunicate production status and needs effectively with other shift supervisors and department managers.Identify and report maintenance needs and help support repairs.Uphold and enforce all quality and safety standards and procedures.Evaluate team member performance and support their growth.✅ What You Bring:5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting (required).Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.Experience in equipment setup and troubleshooting.Familiarity with automated processing lines and workflow analysis.
