  • Source and attract candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media and internal database).
  • Conduct interviews, assess applicants’ suitability, and match them with available opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
  • Promote the Recruit, Train & Deploy program to candidates and clients, highlighting its benefits and opportunities.
  • Provide guidance to candidates about career paths in financial crime compliance and related fields.

Relocation Opportunity:

  • Start the role in the UK and after a successful probationary period, move to our Dubai office.
  • Preference will be given to candidates already based in Dubai, but UK-based candidates will be considered if they can demonstrate success and commitment in building a client base and filling positions during their probationary period.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge or interest in financial crime compliance, KYC, AML, and related areas.
  • Experience in working with internship or talent development programs.
  • A strong desire for personal development and professional growth
  • Active personality (obsession for being the best and hungry for growth in all areas of life)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within financial services or a similar sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
  • A passion for people, talent acquisition, and building lasting relationships.
