Within our HHDDA organization, our Business Insights & Analytics team is at the forefront of this transformation, quarterbacking the development and communication of data-driven and actionable insights across multiple functions to drive greater customer and market understanding.Our Business Insights & Analytics team within the Human Health Digital, Data, and Analytics organization is seeking a summer intern to assist as the first point of contact for multiple cross-functional teams to help scope, design and deliver well-defined projects and insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Market Research, Data Strategy, Analytics, Forecasting, Measurement, Operations and Strategy in addition to Marketing team colleagues to provide input on launch strategies and insights to meet in-line commercial objectives.Learning Opportunities for the prospective intern are:Professional Development:The intern will gain hands-on experience in analytic storytelling to support marketing strategy (for both launch and in-line products)The intern will gain hands-on experience in breaking down complex problems statements into addressable key business questionsThe intern will gain hands-on experience in understanding an Oncology therapeutic areaThe intern will gain hands-on experience in prioritizing work & understanding how to shift focus appropriately onto what matters mostThe intern will gain hands-on experience in managing stakeholders in a professional settingContribution to an Innovative Project:The intern will contribute to an innovative project with practical real-world application that can help simplify & streamline the ways of working in the future for the broader Business Insights and Analytics teamNetworking Opportunities:The intern will have the opportunity to work with & meet a multitude of cross-functional teams made up of fellow interns, young professionals and industry experts, building a strong network and potential references for their future careerWe are seeking intern candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi-functional environment.Location: Upper Gwynedd, PACandidates must be available to work full-time for 10 – 12 weeks beginning June of 2025Required hybrid model (in office 2-3 days per week)Education:Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA or MS degree (including MBA)Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of studies towards a Bachelor’s degree by June 2025Key Capabilities for the role include:Proven analytics and problem-solving skillsEffective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with an ability to process technical information and translate clearly and concisely to broad audiencesInnovative thinking with affinity toward experimentation and appropriate risk-takingExcellent organizational skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and organize/prioritize work efficiently and effectivelyAbility to partner with other commercial analytics capabilities including market research, forecasting, data driven advanced analyticsAbility to enable inter-connected problem solving with an appreciation for market research and data oriented analytical methods while understanding brand strategy and breaking down business questions into specific, tangible hypotheses and requirements to guide analysisUnderstanding of Oncology and/or pharmaceutical health care landscape would be beneficialUnder New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job.
