Your daily responsibilities will include:Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to assemble machinery with precisionEngaging in continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and qualityMaintaining high production and quality standards while ensuring safety at all timesCollaborating with team members to improve designs, quality, and productivityParticipating in root cause analysis and helping resolve non-conformitiesMaintaining a safe, clean, and organized work areaWe’re Looking For Someone Who:Has strong mechanical assembly experience, preferably with packaging machinery (extra electrical skills are a bonus!)

Has a technical high school diploma or higher and at least 2 years of technical education or 5 years of mechanical assembly experienceCan lift up to 50lbs without assistance and is physically capable of handling the demands of the jobPossesses excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsIs passionate about learning and improving their skills in a hands-on, collaborative environmentHas a strong commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of work qualityWhy You’ll Want to Work With Us:Continuous Learning: We value personal and professional growth.
