We are looking for motivated, determined and innovative employees to join our team. This position involves performing all the functions necessary to support our production department. No experience necessary – we have you covered with paid training!Multiple departments available –

• Receiving/ Staging
• Quality Assurance
• Embroidery

What you will do (responsibilities) –

• Scan the design into the printer
• Ensure all steps of the process are in place
• Arrange garments according to how they will be embellished
• Ensure correct logo locations are indicated on garments
• Remove the garment from the machine when complete
• Place garment on the dryer belt
• Watch for quality issues & correct when they don’t meet standards
• Scan order after printing is complete

What you need (requirements) –

• Ability to speak rudimentary English
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to detect slight differences in colors
• Eager to learn new tasks
• Self-motivated
• Attention to detail
• Hand/eye coordination
• Ability to stand on your feet for the entire shift
• Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform assigned tasks in an environment with high volume production noises
• Proficiently and efficiently perform all tasks/functions as trained
