Location: Remote
Client : Capgemini
Type : 12+ Months Contract10+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation, with hands-on expertise in S/4 HANA migration and support programs.
Strong background in the Utilities industry, preferably Electrical utilities. is preferred
SAP Fiori functional knowledge is a must, with a strong understanding of how Fiori apps integrate with SAP Plant Maintenance and enhance user experience.
In-depth knowledge of SAP E-Permit , Management of Change (MOC) and Asset Management functionalities.
Extensive experience with Master Data Management (e.g., Functional Locations, Equipment, Work Centers, Task Lists, etc.), along with Notification Management and Maintenance Orders.
Proven track record in Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Calibration Maintenance processes.
Familiarity with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales, Device Management, and integration with third-party systems like ServiceNow and GIS.
At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation experience, including:
Requirements gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, and RICEFW functional design.
Systems testing, integration testing, cutover activities, and go-live support.
Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with offshore teams, ensuring smooth project coordination across time zones.
Flexibility in work hours to support remote work and collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping work hours.
