Key Details of the Role:

• Pay: $23.75/hour + shift differentials for working in the freezer (+$0.50)!
• Bonus: $1,200 sign-on bonus!
• Work Environment: Cooler/Freezer (0 to -10°F)—don’t worry, we provide safety PPE.
• Start Time: 5 AM until the job is done (weekends & holidays included).
• Weekly Pay & benefits within 30 days for you and your family!

Responsibilities:Here’s what your day will look like when you join our team as an Order Selector at QCD:🌟 Your Daily Mission:Master the art of selection—you’ll receive, store, pick, and load products like a pro! Safely operate material handling equipment and ensure every detail is perfect. Accuracy is key, and you’ll make it look easy.Build customer orders—you’ll be constantly moving, lifting, and stacking products onto pallets in various temperature zones (from cool to seriously cold!). Your precision and attention to detail will ensure our customers get exactly what they need.Check and double-check—reading labels, verifying quantities, and making sure shipments are flawless will be part of your routine. It’s like solving a puzzle with every order!Safety first—you’ll operate forklifts and pallet jacks with skill, always keeping safety, accuracy, and productivity in mind. You’ll also help keep the workspace clean, because a tidy warehouse is a safe warehouse.Show off your coordination—this role will keep you moving and engaged, using both upper and lower body movements to get the job done efficiently.
