📌 Your Responsibilities:
🔹 Daily Deposits & Reconciliation – Prepare deposits, process remote captures, and reconcile transactions🔹 Accounts Receivable Support – Apply approved credits and maintain accurate financial records🔹 Accounts Payable Assistance – Support A/P processes as needed🔹 Financial Recordkeeping – Maintain and distribute accounting documents, reports, and records🔹 Month-End Closures – Assist in monthly reconciliations and financial reporting🔹 Administrative Support – Perform additional clerical duties to support the Accounting Department
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1-3 years of experience in an office/accounting environment✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel✔ Experience with NetSuite (preferred but not required)✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable✔ Strong communication skills & ability to multi-task✔ Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment✔ 2-year degree preferred
