You’ll fully own how we hire: building a thoughtful recruitment engine, partnering with every team, and helping us grow with care and ambition. This is a key role to support our next chapter.📍 Key ResponsibilitiesYour role revolves around three key pillars:1. Define – Clarify needs & set the stagePartner with the hiring managers to define the role: scope, ideal profile, success KPIsDesign the best hiring strategy for each roleWrite job descriptions, co-create interview kits and scorecards with the teams2. Attract – Find & connect with the right peopleSource and engage top candidates through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies, using smart, creative outreachRun fit interviews on your own and share insights with managersDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience: timely, thoughtful, and consistent from first contact to final offerHelp boost our employer brand on key platforms (Welcome to the Jungle, JobTeaser, careers page…)3.
