Marvin is hiring a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies supporting complex business, process, and technology transformations. Highlights of your role

    Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives, programs, and transformation efforts that impact employees, leaders, processes, and systems.

  • Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement activities.

  • Lead portfolio-level coordination of change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points across initiatives.

  • Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities, organizational goals, and program milestones.

  • Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform targeted engagement and mitigation strategies.

  • Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures, using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements.

  • Mentor change practitioners, strengthen internal change management tools and practices, and contribute to the continued growth of Marvin’s change management capability.


You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or a closely related discipline.

  • Experience leading change management efforts for complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide business, process, operating model, technology, system, or platform transformations.

  • Demonstrable success developing change strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, managing organizational risk, and achieving employee adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical, project management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels.


Also want to make sure you have

  • Professional certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, CCMP, or equivalent.

  • Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing change management practitioners or team members.

  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Experience identifying capability gaps and partnering with learning, development, or business teams to create training and reinforcement strategies.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, foster collaboration, and help teams work through resistance to change.

Compensation

$122,000 – $162,000 annually
