Location Austin, TX
Salary: $52,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
2nd Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM Monday – Friday

Here’s what we’re looking for.

  • 2+ years of recruiting and/or human resources experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, organized, and hands-on work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and workforce on 2nd shift
  • Support staffing needs including attendance tracking and employee support
  • Communicate with client leadership and internal teams
  • Ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met
  • Coach, motivate, and address employee concerns as needed
  • Assist with onboarding and performance management
