Raymond Waterways will hire and train 3 crew members for shallow water variable water milfoil removal at a rate of $20 per hour.  

Job:

Crew members will be hand pulling invasive milfoil from Turtle Cove at the north end of Sebago’s Jordan Bay.    This will be chest deep or shallower water so no SCUBA gear will be used.

Training:  

No experience necessary–we will train you.

Qualifications:  A crew member will be able to:

  • Swim well
  • Stand in various temperatures of lake water from late May to late August
  • Carefully remove and dispose of invasive weeds after training
  • Be available for the schedule below

Schedule:

There will be two 3 hour morning sessions per week starting in late May and running until the end of August.
