Preston Earth designs, builds, and maintains gardens that are ecologically grounded, deeply rooted in place, and cared for over time. Our work is thoughtful, physical, and hands-on, focused on long-term stewardship rather than quick results.
We’re looking for people who are curious, hardworking, and excited to learn. Professional gardening experience is welcome, but not required. What matters most is attention, reliability, and a genuine interest in plants, land, and seasonal work.
This role is a good fit for people who enjoy working outdoors in all conditions, learning through doing, and being part of a small, collaborative team. Backgrounds in farming, gardening, the arts, athletics, or craft-based work tend to thrive here.
