Role OverviewJoin as a Strategic Co-Founder responsible for driving organizational growth through two key verticals: * Building and managing relationships with organizations for talent recruitment
- Identifying and bringing startups for our fundraising and advisory services
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for market penetration in global markets
- Build and maintain relationships with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise clients
- Lead partnership initiatives with venture capital firms and startup accelerators
- Drive revenue growth through both recruitment and fundraising verticals
- Collaborate with the founding team on strategic decisions and company direction
- Leverage network to establish Power Nest Talent as a leading player in the industry
Required Educational BackgroundPreference for graduates from:US Universities:
- Harvard Business School (MBA)
- Stanford Graduate School of Business (MBA)
- Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (MBA)
- MIT Sloan School of Management (MBA)
UK Universities:
- London Business School (MBA)
- Oxford Said Business School (MBA)
- Cambridge Judge Business School (MBA)
Additional Qualifications: preferred
- Master’s in Organizational Psychology
- Master’s in Human Resources Management
- Master’s in Organizational Behavior
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR consulting, or startup advisory preferred
- Proven track record of scaling businesses from $0 to $10M+ revenue
- Strong network in the startup ecosystem and venture capital community
- Experience in building and managing global teams
- History of successful strategic partnerships with fortune 500 companies
- Prior experience as a founder or co-founder preferred
