You’ll work in partnership with managers and leaders to deploy progressive organisational development projects, frameworks, and initiatives and will facilitate teams to have the self-awareness and confidence to do the same. The role will act as an internal consultant providing specialist expertise to the People Partner team and relevant leadership teams in the development of organisation culture, organisation effectiveness and performance, team effectiveness, and all aspects of organisational change and development.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Acting as an internal consultant providing specialist expertise to the People Partner team and relevant leadership teams in the development of organisation culture, organisation effectiveness and performance, team effectiveness, and all aspects of organisational change and development
- Working with the relevant People Partner, you’ll analyse, diagnose, develop, deliver and evaluate systemic organisation development activities, interventions and tools in line with priority business objectives and our purpose and cultural ambition
- Support the People Partners to deploy organisation development (including cultural interventions), talent development and leadership development good practice into the business
- You’ll work to develop the organisation development capability and practice with the leaders and teams you support
- Partnering with stakeholders to co-crate solutions and use stakeholder feedback to shape and refine changes
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Proven experience of leading and implementing successful changes using organisation development, diagnostic and dialogic practices ideally gained within a large, complex, global organisation
- Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving work from strategy to execution
- Strong leadership and influencing skills – able to lead/influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Demonstrable experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership in developing and executing successful plans in a collaborative manner
- Advanced understanding of cultural and behavioural change
