Our services empower vehicle OEMs to optimize battery lifecycle management and maximise value.Position: Production Assembly EmployeeYour Role: As a Production Assembly Employee, you will be at the heart of our EV battery operations. Your expertise in repairing EV batteries will ensure that every task is completed to the highest standard, first time, every time. You will:🔧 Use advanced techniques, tools, and materials to repair EV batteries in line with manufacturer standards.🔧 Perform diagnostic tests to quickly identify and resolve issues.🔧 Collaborate with engineering teams to find innovative solutions through root cause analysis.🔧 Support R&D activities across multiple customers.🔧 Operate and maintain a variety of tooling and electrical test equipment.🔧 Keep meticulous records of work performed using EVBS’s proprietary software.🔧 Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.🔧 Maintain accurate stock levels for timely ordering of parts and equipment.What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong understanding of production procedures, including health and safety.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicle technology and battery systems.
  • Experience in high voltage environments (advantageous but not essential).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to use your initiative.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a flexible approach to meeting deadlines.
