The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Maintain the monthly calendar for Quadrille social accounts and create posts as directed by the Marketing Executive.
  • Brand Partnerships and Influencer Research: Research potential brand partnerships and influencers to build the database.
  • Social Media Reporting: Report on social media activity, including weekly social alerts and influencer mailing roundups.
  • Email Marketing and Website Updates: Assist with email marketing and update the company website regularly.
  • Content Creation and Upload: Provide ad hoc assistance with the creation and upload of A+ content to Amazon and occasionally support the preparation of trade sales catalogues and presentations.
  • Campaign Support: Create social timelines and assets for Trend campaign authors and assist with author events, including sending invites, booking travel, and setting up.
  • Review and Influencer Copy Dispatch: Dispatch review and influencer copies and samples to partners, liaising with campaign teams.
  • Administrative Support: Update and maintain departmental budget sheets, raise and code purchase orders or invoices, and provide general administrative assistance to the team.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, book meeting rooms, organise refreshments, and take minutes.
  • Technical Skills and Experience: Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, work autonomously, and think creatively. Experience with social media and Adobe Suite is desired.

  • Demonstrable communication skills

Salary

£27,500 plus benefits.

Hybrid working

While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect the successful candidate to work from the office a minimum of two days per week, with a maximum of three days per week working remotely.
