  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish Qonto’s brand positioning in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Drive marketing initiatives across multiple channels to achieve ambitious sales targets and increase brand awareness
  • Coordinate with central teams (SEO, PMM, Website, CRM, etc.) to ensure local market alignment while maintaining global brand consistency
  • Build and nurture relationships with local journalists, customers, and key stakeholders through events and ecosystem activities (30 to 50% of traveling to the local markets needed)
  • Manage and optimize a significant marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve growth objectives

  • Market Expertise: You have deep knowledge of the Dutch and Belgian markets, ideally having lived or worked extensively there
  • Marketing Leadership: You bring a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including successful management of significant marketing budgets
  • Growth Marketing: You have a proven track record in acquisition-focused marketing, preferably in tech, scale-up, or fintech environments
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to make data-informed decisions
  • Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
