We’re a FTSE 100 organisation that is tackling key issues such as transitioning our portfolio to net zero by 2050, and we’re not done yet.The roleYou will be responsible producing fund fact sheets, infographics and other customer and adviser facing information, ensuring these are fit for purpose and meet the needs of our customers. Analysing information accurately and efficiently and be able to communicate with and motivate others to deliver without having direct control over them.You will also be responsible for carrying out ad hoc requests or investigations and providing technical support to other business areas (internal and external). We want you to challenge and question the status quo in an effective manner to suggest continual improvements and developments in support of the delivery of department and business objectives.What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of investments and investment propositions for the UK pensions industry
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information, ideas and plans to stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally and at all levels of the organisation
  • Ideally understand the application of Behavioural Science when creating investment reporting
  • Previous experience of customer facing investment reporting advantageous
