Editors take ownership of content, from concept to execution, and deliver high-quality stories that push our client’s ambitions forward.Editors use their experience and understanding of the client business to boil down complex concepts, uncover insights and communicate them in a simple yet impactful way. Grammarians and stylists by nature, editors craft compelling copy in the client’s brand voice and tone.Editors have proficiency in multi-channel content production. They actively embrace new trends, and harness new formats and distribution methods that amplify viewers and keep the conversations going. No matter how big or small the project, our Editors find new, creative ways to tell stories. You need to have the right to work in the UK and be based in London.Who you are:

What you’ll do:

  • Actively participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions — and sometimes run them.
  • Create best-in-class content, from concept to execution, across a variety of formats including articles, video scripts and social assets.
  • Prepare and conduct interviews with SMEs.
  • Edit copy for grammar, style, structure, POV and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on visual content.
  • Effectively present ideas and work to client(s); respond efficiently and constructively to client feedback.
  • Support day-to-day content management operations; participate in status and client meetings.
  • Assess data and reader feedback to better understand content performance and audience engagement.
  • Support client services team with pursuing client expansion opportunities and new business
  • Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and topic areas relevant to clients, with an aim to be ahead of the curve on innovative storytelling.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in journalism or creating editorial content. Experience in business or energy writing of particular value.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to produce a large volume of high-quality work on tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, flexible and comfortable managing multiple streams of source material and client feedback.
  • Exceptionally personable and positive.
