We have been retained by a client pharmacy in Sudbury to support their search for a Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager. As a licensed Pharmacist and Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure compliance with all regulations. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize performance, and maintain the highest standards of customer service and safety.Advantages

– Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational and performance goals.
– Manage change, improve workforce efficiency, and foster a culture of teamwork.
– Conduct staff performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure effective recruitment and training.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
– Oversee inventory control, billing processes, and ensure proper handling of pharmaceuticals.
– Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet budget goals.
– Build and lead diverse, inclusive teams, promoting professional development.Qualifications
– Licensed Pharmacist in Canada in good standing (Ontario license or ability to obtain if relocating from another province in Canada)
– 2+ years of management experience in any pharmacy setting, ideally overseeing a team of 10+ people in a high volume setting
– Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain compliance in a regulated environment.Summary
