We’re a FTSE 100 organisation that is tackling key issues such as transitioning our portfolio to net zero by 2050, and we’re not done yet.The roleWe are currently recruiting for a Business Finance Analysts to join our Finance Operations team to assist in the provision of professional accountancy and/or finance analysis service by executing specific and regular finance processes to ensure the organisation meets its regulatory, reputational, and commercial requirements.You will be repsonsible for:Supporting the on-going delivery of robust, effective and efficient operational finance processes and controls.Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and processes and maintain evidence/audit trail as required.Complete specific standard Accountancy and / or analytical functions (including producing financial reports – performance, TBs, controls and OSP oversight, providing analysis of data, statutory reporting, etc)Undertake analysis of a range of business data and reports to assist manager in assessing commercial viability and tax efficiency of proposed business strategies.What are we looking for?Experience of working in an Accounting team in financial services with a good level of accounting knowledgeStrong Excel skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsProactive and Organised, with the ability to work in a fast paced environmentQualified / Part Qualified Accountancy qualification would be advantageousWe want to hire the whole version of you.We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
