  • 39 hours working 5 days out of 7 including 2 out of 4 weekends and late evenings.
  • This role offers a salary starting from £26,969 per annum, final salary offer will be made based on skills and experience.

  • You have a good understanding of customer wants and needs, using this knowledge to promote a customer first mindset in your team.
  • You communicate effectively with a diverse range of people having an approach that you can adapt to best suit the message or recipient(s).
  • You have an understanding of staff planning and use this to structure your own and your teams workload ensuring adequate cover to meet customers.
  • You are comfortable making decisions and taking action using policies and procedures to guide you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Empowering co-workers through knowledge, confidence, trust, and motivation so they are always ready to support customers in the best way possible.
  • Optimising the customer experience by encouraging your co-workers to work cooperatively with other departments, to take initiative and problem solve.
  • Working with your team to build strong customer relationships that increase customer satisfaction and promote repeat visitation.
  • Working within the Customer Relations Team to identify recurring issues, identify root causes, then working within the larger store leadership team to create action plans and implement changes.
