At enVision, we celebrate diversity and promote an inclusive work culture that prioritizes employee well-being and self-development.About the OpportunityReporting to the Director of Operations, this senior leadership position is responsible for the overall design, delivery and administration of person-led services. These services will be facilitated in a manner that empowers people to achieve their desired personal outcomes. The successful candidate is responsible for strategic planning in the areas of service development, financial management, evaluation of services, leading teams and actively developing external networks.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvocacy: Builds and maintains partnerships and alliances to promote advocacy efforts. Leverages contacts to create coalitions in the pursuit of reaching the organizations mission, vision and values.Problem Solving and Decision Making: Develops creative solutions and solves complex problems using analytical techniques. Uses a “Coach” approach to encourage and empower teams and leadership.Leadership: Is a role model, aligning actions with the organizations vision, mission and values. Inspires a shared vision and leads others by creating a goal orientated environment. Addresses performance by communicating expectations and holding others accountable to achieve organizational goals.Integrity and Resilience: Maintains self control, works collaboratively towards effective and acceptable solutions. Ability to instill qualities of resilience and the capacity to deal with hardships. Welcomes accountability, has the confidence to make changes in process and procedure when needed. Demonstrates high ethical standards.Quality and Productivity: Utilizes strategic planning for long term resource requirement. Identifies and responds to trends, risk and contingencies. Creates and fosters opportunities for growth and success by offering recognition when actions are consistent with the new model and direction of change.Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Social Sciences, Humanities or Business
- Minimum five (5) years experience of senior leadership role in human services
- Experience providing supports for persons who live with an intellectual disability is an asset
- Knowledge of and experience in legislation, regulations, and standards relating to Community Living disABILITY Services is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and inspire a vision for community living and apply critical thinking and plan strategically
- Knowledge and understanding of organizational development, people management, and service delivery, including performance management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Personable, positive, organized, reliable, and resilient
- Proven ability to use good judgement and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite, Case Management Platform, and Project Management Software
- Valid Manitoba Class 5F (Full) Driver’s License and access to vehicle required.

Additional Information
- Hours of Work: 80 hours bi-weekly; Monday-Friday. Availability to be contacted after hours in case of emergency. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs
- Working Environment: 100% In-person. Occasional visit in locations
- This position requires satisfactory Criminal Record check with a clear Vulnerable Sector Search and clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry Checks, and First Aid Certificate
- Some travel is required
