LGV C/ HGV Class 2 with HIABContract, Full-time, Permanent, Temporary£17.93 per hourExeter and TivertonStart date: ImmediatelyOur successful privately owned client is expanding. They are looking for two LGV Cat C/ HGV Class 2 drivers with HIAB. Currently based in the EX5 area but moving to a purpose-built site in the EX16 area later this year.As a LGV HIAB Driver you must:

• Be over 25 years old due to insurance purposes
• Have a minimum of 6 months LGV Cat C/ HGV Class 2 commercial driving experience
• No more than 3 penalty points (speeding or mobile phone use only)
• Valid CPC + Tacho Cards
• Valid HIAB licence ideally with a minimum 3 month practical experience

LGV Class 2 HIAB Driver responsibilities include:

• Delivering modular steel trench and sheet piles
• The loads are delivered on flatbed vehicles fitted with lorry mounted cranes
• The yard operatives load the vehicles
• These are specialised roles which need candidates who demonstrate compliant attitudes towards health and safety.
• This is a customer facing role, excellent standards of customer service are required.

The successful LGV Cat C HIAB Driver can expect:

• Working Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday
• Contracted 40 hours per week
• Start times varying between 06:00 am and 08:00 am (depending on delivery location)
• 22 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
• The hourly rate is £16.00 per hour plus holiday pay of £1.93 per hour totalling £17.93 per hour advanced.
• Other PAYE models available
