HR Generalist

company is looking to hire an HR Generalist to support and manage employees,
here in San Antonio.
This well-known company has been
a part of San Antonio for over 100 years and is rapidly expanding throughout
the United States. This HR Generalist role has been created due to company
growth.
As the HR Generalist in the manufacturing
industry, you will offer on-the-floor employee support with vital HR responsibilities.
From performance management, conflict resolution and safety training; experience
is essential.

HR Generalist Job Duties:
· Managing employee relations, Payroll,
incident and injury case management
· Develops and implements
Safety inspection policies, procedures, and schedules routine inspections.
· Be a part of a plant leadership
team and can design and execute change plans
· Effectively lead a large
group of staff
HR Generalist Job
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in human
resource, Occupational Safety and Health, or related (preferred, not required)
· 2+ year of experience in an
HR Generalist role, required
· Fluent in spanish
· Strong communication and
leadership skills
· Highly motivated and team
orientated
Schedule:
· Monday – Friday
· 7-4 or 8-5
Compensation: $60k- $70k DOE
