Driver Hire Winchester is thrilled to offer a 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity for Class 2 Skip Drivers with a leading company in the recycling industry. We’re looking for motivated individuals with a positive, “can-do” attitude who are eager to learn and grow.Key Details About the Role:

• Shift Times: Monday to Friday, starting at 6:30 AM (10-12-hour days). No weekend work!
• Job Duties: Deliver, collect, and exchange skips across the Southampton area.
• Training: Full training provided by our client-perfect for those with limited skip experience.

What We’re Looking For:
To be successful, you’ll need:

• A Full UK Class 2 Licence.
• An up-to-date CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
• At least 12 months’ experience driving a Class 2 vehicle.
• Previous skip experience (preferred but not essential).
• Your own transport to commute to and from work.
• Strong timekeeping, customer service skills, and a professional attitude.
