Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Director, you will play a critical role to lead, design and execute high-impact, innovative and scalable B2B content strategies aimed at engaging high value accounts throughout the customer journey to accelerate pipeline growth.As an experienced and highly skilled content leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging customer insights and data to create impactful multi-channel content that speaks directly to the unique needs of enterprise target accounts across multiple regions, while driving measurable results aligned with the company’s brand and business goals. You are also competent in collaborative partnership with global marketing agencies to drive ongoing success.This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for any driven content marketer who is looking to make an impact at a senior level to lead and shape an innovative ABM content strategy and function to transform our business.Responsibilities

  • Global Market Understanding: Analyze and understand the complexities of the global Enterprise market, identifying trends, pain points, and opportunities for engagement.
  • ABM Content Strategy: Collaborate with ABM marketing lead and agency to create and execute a tailored ABM content strategy that targets key accounts through personalized, high-impact content. Ensure alignment with the overall ABM strategy and account goals across various channels (email, web, social media, ads, etc.).
  • Customer-Centric Content Creation: Leverage customer research, personas, and insights to produce highly relevant content that speaks to the specific needs, pain points, and goals of individual target accounts and their decision-makers.
  • Brand-Centric Messaging: Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s brand and campaign identity, voice, and core values while being adaptable to different target accounts, industries, and channels. Ensure brand consistency across all content touchpoints.
  • Creative Content Development: Lead the creation of engaging, creative, and thought-provoking content that captures the attention of target accounts and drives meaningful interactions. Work with in-house design and agency teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Multi-Channel Content Execution: Develop content for a variety of channels and formats, including emails, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, video scripts, social media, webinars. Ensure each piece of content is optimized for the specific platform and audience.
  • Data-Driven Strategy and Optimization: Analyze content performance using data-driven insights to optimize ABM strategies. Monitor KPIs such as engagement rates, conversions, and account progression, and adjust content accordingly to improve results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with Sales, Account Management and Regional Marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with business goals and account needs. Work with the sales team to create personalized assets that supports outreach and prospecting efforts.
  • Thought Leadership and Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with ABM trends, customer behavior insights, industry best practices to guide content strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Share insights and thought leadership both internally and externally.
  • Marketing Transformation: Contribute to broader marketing transformation efforts by integrating innovative approaches and best practices into and from ABM strategies.
  • Program Advocacy: Serve as a key champion for ABM, promoting its value across the business to maximize its impact on revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Expertise in B2B marketing from experience in corporate or agency environment
  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, with at least 3 years of experience in ABM
  • Proven expertise in developing data-driven content strategies for ABM, with a track record of driving engagement and conversions within targeted accounts.
  • Deep understanding of ABM principles, sales cycles, and how to create content that speaks to key decision-makers at various stages of the funnel.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM and CMS platform
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms, especially in the context of ABM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft tailored messaging that resonates with C-suite executives and other decision-makers.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decisions and optimize content performance.
  • Experience with account intelligence tools (e.g., 6sense, Bombora) for ABM.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working with global team members across NAM, EMEA and APAC
  • Occasional international travel may be required
