Description of the role:We are currently seeking reliable and empathetic CNAs and HHAs to join our team at Home Health Works. This is an immediate hiring opportunity with full-time hours available in Saint Petersburg.Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate medical professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities
Requirements:
- Current CNA or HHA certification
- Experience in a similar role
- Own vehicle, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and their families
- Excellent work ethic
