Technical Service Manager – Direct HireGlobal gear manufacture company in Lawrenceville, GA has an immediate opening for a Technical Service Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity.Salary of the Technical Service Manager:
$90-$100K/yrResponsibilities of the Technical Service Manager:

• Overseeing and managing the technical support and service operations of a company. This includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical assistance to customers, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the overall satisfaction of clients.
• To support the company’s vision, mission, and guiding principles.
• While performing any procedure, all associates and contract personnel must observe applicable Safety, Health, and Environmental rules and guidelines. The use of appropriate personal protective equipment is required.
• Attend and participate in training opportunities and seminars relevant to this position.
• Adhere to appropriate company operating procedures, benefit rules, employment policies, and safety policies.
• Manage team members (on-site and remote) time & attendance, skill development, and trainings for needs.
• Produces working drawings of design details and drawing documentation of gears and gear motors while analyzing and determining engineering modifications and changes needed to fulfill customers’ requirements for equipment.

Qualifications of the Technical Service Manager:

• Required – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Preferred).
• Required – Minimum 5+ years manufacturing and/or technical support experience.
• Required – Read, Write and Comprehend English.
• Required – Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Frequently talk and/or hear.
• Frequently stand and walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift 20 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Occasionally operate a variety of machines, including but not limited to forklifts, trucks, automobiles, etc.
• Occasionally available for domestic and international travel.
