This is a Temp-to-Possible Temp-to-Hire Groundskeeper position that offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, working 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the grounds, performing various maintenance tasks, and ensuring the property is in top shape.

Groundskeeper Job Duties:
- Maintain outdoor spaces by cleaning, sweeping, and shoveling as needed.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, including painting and other small repairs.
- Ensure property cleanliness by removing debris and addressing any maintenance concerns.
- Occasionally lift up to 60 lbs to complete tasks effectively.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Weekends off!
Pay: $20 per hour
Job Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in construction or outdoor work is a plus.
- Comfortable working outside in varying conditions.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks as needed.
