Branch Coordinator:

  • Act as a conduit between sales personnel and warehouse supervision.

  • Provide assistance to internal and external customers, addressing various concerns.

  • Offer administrative support for warehouse production and distribution functions.

  • Maintain both hard copy and electronic records related to production, shipping, and material certifications.

  • Generate inventory transaction journals and conduct analyses of overages/shortages.

  • Report adjustments over $50 to the Controller and provide detailed information to the Product Managers.

  • Print daily reports showing billings, adjustments, and return credits.

  • Update inventory processing using IP sheets from the warehouse and communicate with shift supervisors to correct IP errors.

  • Make stock adjustments to correct piece counts, weights, and measurements in inventory.

  • Address PCA adjustments, including correcting tags due to various issues such as material receipt errors or pricing discrepancies.

  • Process all supplier returns, involving the removal of stock and addition of scrap back into inventory.

  • Create IP entries for outside processors who produce and return scrap.

  • Prepare customs papers, Certificates of Origin, and related requests.

  • Verify invoice accuracy concerning weights, pricing, and stock.

  • Update and print invoices as necessary.

  • Manage the receiving and billing of customers from external warehouses.

  • Develop and document system procedures.

  • Provide supervision to the sales support group as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse personnel to resolve issues and problems.

Branch Coordinator Requirements:

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office

  • Basic Math Skills

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Pay: $21.50
