Join us to build the digital economy of tomorrow.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Reward manager to join our Reward team to support key projects and partner with business departments on all things compensation. You will support the business and our People team with day to day compensation queries, explore policy and process improvements, and provide subject matter expertise in terms of local and global aspects of our offering.About You:5+ years experience working with employee reward in a high paced environment, ideally in the technology, payments or FinTech industryStrong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with an ability to build models and reports, and analyse large volumes of dataComfortable designing, tailoring and delivering communications of complex sets of data and analyses to stakeholders across departments, locations and audiencesExperience working with senior stakeholders across a range of reward-related topics and variety of countries at a global or regional organisationLaser-focused, with excellent attention to detail and a customer-first approachAbility to build relationships across all levels of the organisation globallyA driver of change who is relentless in delivering on our employee value propositionStrong work ethics with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all timesPrevious experience of working with Workday and Aon systems is helpfulExperience of working of sales compensation and/or executive pay is desirableQualificationsWhat you will be doing:Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide guidance on offers, handle questions from prospective hires, and building data and insights to get ahead of market trends or hiring challengesPartner closely with our People Partners to support the delivery of our policies locally and globally through our departmental or regional business groups, and support with ad hoc matters that concern total rewardPartner the wider People team during business changes, country transfers, peer parity reviews and any other ad-hoc projectsDrive the delivery of the annual performance and pay review processes, including partnering with our talent development and people technology teamsConduct in-depth compensation analysis during compensation cycles for your business area and work with leaders and managers to guide and support compensation decisionsParticipate in cyclical benchmark exercises, salary survey submissions and salary bands review/creation for your business areas in collaboration with the wider teamProvide training, education and awareness across Checkout for both colleagues and managers to support reward policies and messagingWork with the wider Reward and Finance team to model and budget for compensation reviews for salaries and bonus, and support with any other initiativesPartner on thought leadership and sharing knowledge and experience of different reward practices, including performance pay, sales commissions/incentives and recognitionFurther develop policies and processes to support with efficiencies and operational excellence, including process, reporting and documentationAdditional InformationApply without meeting all requirements statementIf you don’t meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please apply anyway.
